About HR Construction & Design, LLC
What if your home worked as beautifully as it looked?
At HR Construction & Design, we believe remodeling should be more than replacing materials or updating finishes. It should be an opportunity to reimagine how you live, move, gather, and experience your home every day.
Founded in 2018 by Kyle Ball, HR Construction & Design was built on a simple principle: homeowners deserve a better remodeling experience. One that combines thoughtful design, expert craftsmanship, transparent communication, and a single team dedicated to bringing every detail together under one roof.
With over 27 years of industry experience, we've helped homeowners throughout Olympia, Tacoma and their surrounding communities transform outdated spaces into environments that are both highly functional and deeply personal. Whether it's a luxury kitchen remodel, a spa-inspired bathroom, custom cabinetry, countertops, flooring, or a whole-home transformation, every project begins with one question:
How do you want your home to improve your life?
As a full-service Design-Build contractor, we manage every phase of the process—from concept and planning to construction and final completion. Our clients don't have to coordinate designers, suppliers, contractors, and installers. We handle it all, creating a seamless experience that saves time, reduces stress, and delivers exceptional results.
Through our advanced 3D rendering process, you'll see your project before construction begins. Explore layouts, materials, finishes, and design options with confidence, knowing every decision is made with clarity and purpose.
We don't believe great remodeling starts with products. We believe it starts with understanding the people who live there.
What frustrates you about your current space? What opportunities are being overlooked? What would it feel like to walk into a room that was designed specifically around your lifestyle?
Those are the conversations we have with our clients that inspire extraordinary results.
Today, HR Construction & Design continues to be a family-owned company driven by craftsmanship, integrity, and a relentless commitment to quality. Our reputation has been built one project at a time, and our client reviews reflect the trust we've earned throughout every stage of the remodeling process.
Because in the end, we're not simply remodeling homes.
We're helping homeowners create spaces that support the way they live today—and the way they want to live tomorrow.
