Full Home Remodel & ADU Construction

East Bay Olympia, WA

Perched above East Bay in Olympia, WA, with panoramic views of Mount Rainier, this luxury whole-home remodel transformed an outdated residence into a striking contemporary retreat. Designed with bold modern architecture and premium finishes, every detail was thoughtfully crafted to maximize the home's breathtaking waterfront setting while delivering exceptional comfort and functionality.

The custom kitchen serves as the centerpiece of the renovation, featuring dramatic black cabinetry, a handcrafted brick backsplash, sleek slate countertops, and high-end finishes that create a sophisticated, modern aesthetic. Throughout the home, luxurious gray and white marble bathrooms are complemented by warm brass fixtures, blending timeless elegance with contemporary design.

Architectural upgrades include custom beveled glass doors, a dramatic elongated gas fireplace, statement lighting, a relocated staircase to improve flow, and beautiful new hardwood flooring that unifies the home's open-concept layout. Every element was carefully selected to enhance natural light, improve functionality, and create a seamless connection between indoor living spaces and the stunning East Bay views.

As part of this extensive Olympia home renovation, we also reconstructed and expanded an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), adding valuable square footage and creating a flexible living space that provides the homeowner with rental income potential while offering a comfortable private retreat for visiting family and guests.

The transformation was completed with professionally designed landscaping that enhances curb appeal, complements the property's natural surroundings, and frames the spectacular views overlooking East Bay. This project showcases the craftsmanship, innovation, and attention to detail that define luxury home remodeling, custom ADU construction, and high-end renovations in Olympia, WA, and throughout Thurston County.
